Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction is considered the evidence-based gold standard of stress reduction by doctors and the tens of thousands of people who have benefited from this program worldwide.
This course is an excellent way to sharpen our focus, prioritize our own health, and solidify our communication with colleagues, customers, and loved ones.
The class meets at the classic Rockridge setting of Danspace, near BART and Market Hall, and is offered by longtime Rockridge teacher and therapist Reba Connell.
