Allison Arevalo Book Signing: The Pasta Friday Cookbook

Rockridge Market Hall is excited to welcome chef, food writer and co-founder of Oakland’s Homeroom restaurant Allison Arevalo for a book signing of her new book, "The Pasta Friday Cookbook: Let's Eat Together". Join us at Rockridge Market Hall on Saturday, September 28th from 2:00–4:00pm (in between Hapuku Fish Shop and Marin Sun Farms).

Meet Allison and have your books signed. We will have recipes from The Pasta Friday Cookbook to taste or purchase during the event.

ABOUT THE PASTA FRIDAY COOKBOOK
With 52 comforting pasta dishes and 16 creative salads, organized by season, this gorgeous book shows readers how to start their own tradition by cooking comforting, delicious pasta dishes to feed a family on a busy weeknight, or for a crowd on the weekend. Each recipe uses a different pasta shape so readers will enjoy experimenting with dishes like Paccheri with Braised Lamb & Big Beans, Filei with Wild Mushrooms, Lemon & Garlic or Garganelli with Lemons, Mint & Asparagus.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Allison Arevalo is an entrepreneur, chef, and food writer. Before starting the Pasta Friday movement, she co-founded Homeroom restaurant in Oakland, California and co-authored the best-selling The Mac + Cheese Cookbook. Allison has made numerous TV appearances on the Travel Channel, the Cooking Channel, and others, and has been featured on local and national news outlets, including the Wall Street Journal and the Restaurant Unstoppable podcast. Allison lives in Brooklyn with her husband, Alejandro, and their two sons, Nico and Luca. She is currently working on opening a restaurant in Brooklyn focused on fresh pasta and seasonal sauces.
