Where’s Waldo?
In Rockridge, of course!
Enjoy some hide-and-seek fun designed to encourage residents and visitors to get to know their Rockridge businesses! Finding Waldo is a wonderful way to support shopping local! There is no charge to participate, and the Waldo search lasts for the entire month of July.
Families will love joining the scavenger hunt to find the iconic children’s book character, with his red-and-white-striped shirt and black glasses, hidden in 25 local businesses… the list will be published in late June… so check back then!
To join in the fun, people can simply pick up a “Find Waldo Passport at Pegasus Books (5560 College Avenue) or at one of the participating stores during the month of July. Stamp (stamp, sticker, signature) the passport where you find a miniature Waldo. Collecting store stamps at 20 or more businesses will entitle diligent seekers entry into a grand-prize drawing for Waldo books and other prizes.
On Thursday, July 31 at 6pm, Pegasus Books will host a Where’s Waldo party with lite bites and refreshments for anyone who participated. Books, stickers, and prizes will be raffled!
