Trick-or-Treat College Avenue from Broadway to Alcatrazzz (and some side streets)! Visit merchants for candy, crafts, and FUN surprises!

Visit the two main Fun Hubs for storytime, crafts, music, and more!

 The annual Halloween Parade is created out of a partnership between the Rockridge District Association, Rockridge Community Planning Council, Friends of the Rockridge Library, and the Oakland Public Library - Rockridge Branch.
