Beautiful Urban Heated Patio Area for Events
Overview
We have this Charismatic Urban Patio which can seat up to 75 people. Great for Birthday Parties, Bridal Gatherings, Baby Showers, Receptions etc. Can be easily set up for Meetings and other events. This patio is Triangular Shape so the tip of the patio is great for setting up your decors and table set ups. We have plenty of movable tables and chairs available that fits in the space. Seating Benches by the wall are space savers and very comfortable and roomy seatings and standings.
Big windows can open and close. Hooks on the walls for hanging the decorations. We have heaters available too on the ceilings. We can customize the space according to your specific event. We have hosted many events and parties in past and still doing it and all of them have always been great. Customer satisfaction is our motto. Cute and Serene High-Concept Nail Salon in heart of Rockridge.
Overview
Operating as a high-concept nail salon with a serene and spa-like environment, our space can be also be utilized for film (motion picture) and photo shoots with crews of up to 15-20 people. Our space is ADA compliant and includes:
• 4 manicure stations that can be moved around
• 6 (4 individual and a 2-seat bench) pedicure stations that cannot be moved
• Front seating area
• Front desk
• 1 bathroom
• 1 private break room and back outdoor area that can be used for hair, makeup, craft service, and wardrobe changing.
• Manicurists can be used as extras (additional charge)
• No parking lot available, only metered street and 2-hour parking

Overview
We begin with wholesome ingredients—like sustainable seafood, conscientiously raised meats and the freshest vegetables available—to make food that you can feel great about eating and serving. Our chefs insist on sharing only the best with our customers.
We travel to the groves of the producer whose extra virgin olive oil we use and to the pastures and cellars of the cheesemakers whose cheeses we feature. We're in the produce market every morning at 4am. We work with local fishermen and small family farms to source our meats. We smoke our own seafood, craft our own charcuterie and award-winning pâté, and make all of our own desserts, cakes and pastries. We serve locally-made bread and locally roasted coffee.
