Rockridge Community Planning Council – RCPC is a nonprofit representing the Rockridge residential community to the City of Oakland. Its directors are elected by its members, the citizens of Rockridge who live within its boundaries. The Board meets monthly and its standing committees have their own schedule of meetings. The Greater Rockridge Neighborhood Crime Prevention Council - The Neighborhood Council liaises with the Oakland Police Dept. and addresses community concerns about public safety.
