Meet winemaker Gvantsa Abuladze! À Côté is so excited to host Gvantsa Abuladze from the renowned winemaking region of Obcha in Imereti of western Georgia. They’ll be pouring wines made by Gvantsa and her sister Baia, who, together with their brother Giorgi, are making fresh, distinctive qvevri-aged wines. These siblings were among the first to produce organic wines in the region and quickly gained notoriety throughout Tbilisi and beyond.
They’ll be offering a variety of Georgian food pairings and, of course, their beloved Khachapuri!
