Jamón y Más is coming to Rockridge Market Hall. On Saturday, Sept. 6, Chef Paul Canales for an afternoon celebrating the bold, savory world of Spanish-style charcuterie. Paul, a longtime friend of Market Hall’s Executive Chef, Scott Miller, since his days at Oliveto, later brought the flavors of Spain to the Bay Area through his beloved restaurant, Duende. Taste a range of house-cured specialties—from jamón and salchichón to sobrasada and more—crafted in collaboration with the Market Hall kitchen. They’ll also have other Spanish delights to nibble and sip.
