Join us for our very first Chocolate Dinner — a decadent five-course evening to kick off the holiday season!
Chef Eric will craft the first four savory courses, followed by Lilly’s dessert — each dish featuring a unique @tchochocolate .
We’ll also have an optional curated @pagemillwinery wine pairing to complement each course — because how could we not pair wine with chocolate?
We’re excited to share that a TCHO representative will be present throughout the evening to talk about the company, the chocolate and the sourcing philosophy behind each bar.
Why TCHO?
Based in Berkeley, California, TCHO is Fair Trade & USDA Organic certified, and invests in environmental initiatives like intercropping and reforestation. The company transitioned its entire retail line to be 100% plant‑based, dairy‑free and vegan by 2023 — meaning all their bars are vegan, gluten‑free and kosher. Additionally, Each bar’s packaging includes QR codes and origin details so you can see where the cacao comes from.
