This 9-month program is offered by longtime Rockridge teacher and therapist Reba Connell.

The program meets one Sunday a month 2-15 pm

and one Tuesday a month by videoconference 7-7:45 PM.

The latest science shows that food can make a direct impact on brain health and mood.

Nourish Your Mood is designed so you walk away with mindfulness practices and practical knowledge to better understand the causes of your insomnia, moodiness, low sex drive, and more.

I created this program to show you how to nourish well-being in ways you have been longing for, but may have not known are possible

  • 7 mindfulness and self-compassion practices

  • 6 gorgeous colors of foods to try

  • 7 groupings of foods to try, foods that research shows support mental health for some people

  • 9 of your hungers to get to know

  • trust in how to balance your mood during the day

  • confidence in how to nourish your mood over time

  • appreciation for your amazing body
